PRIVATE PARTY DETAILS
- Admission for 50 guests includes skaters and non-skaters. (Non skating seniors and children under 3 are not counted against your guest count of 50)
- Admission and skate rental for the birthday child and 9 friends (9+1) Please advise if you will be paying for additional guests exceeding your guest list, this includes parents!
- 2 hours of private skating for you and your guests in our 30,000 sf venue
- Additional hours may be purchased in 1 hour increments based on availability at an additional fee.
- Party hostess to serve your party
- Live DJ to play all your requests
- Reflections Café open to serve your food needs
- Complimentary cake cutting is available upon request
- Skate rental included
- Skate reflections reserves the right to reevaluate any party booked at this facility that does not abide by our private skating party guidelines.
- No furniture, decorations or fixtures of any kind are permitted without prior approval from management.
- Advance reservations are required with a non-refundable 50% deposit due no later than 48 hours before your party. Parties booked within 24 hours require 100% full payment that is non refundable.
- 8% gratuity is recommended for your party hostess, feel free to adjust accordingly.
